PRENATAL YOGA is a TAYLOR made class designed to support all pregnant and/or expecting mothers through the transformative journey of pregnancy. Held in a gently heated room—with reduced heat to ensure comfort—this class focuses on preparing your body and mind for birth. Through targeted stretching and controlled breathing exercises, you will enhance your flexibility, strengthen muscles needed for childbirth, and improve circulation. Regular practice can also help reduce stress and promote relaxation, making it easier to manage the physical and emotional changes during pregnancy. Whether you are a beginner or experienced in yoga, our sessions offer a safe, supportive environment to connect with your body and your baby during this special time.
Postpartum Yoga Classes
POST PARTUM / BABY MAMA YOGA is a TAYLOR made class designed to support new mothers as they navigate the postpartum period. Held in a safe, gently heated environment to provide comfort and aid in relaxation, this class focuses on rejuvenating the body and mind after childbirth. Through gentle yoga poses, targeted stretching, and controlled breathing exercises, you will work to restore your core strength, improve flexibility, and enhance overall well-being. Regular practice can also help alleviate postpartum stress and promote relaxation, allowing you to bond deeply with your baby. Whether you choose to bring your baby along or take some time for yourself, our sessions offer a nurturing space to heal and connect with other mothers in a supportive community.
