Postpartum Doula Services
Picture this:
You’re now home with your new baby. Your partner has returned to work but you’re not stressed - you’re sitting back snuggling your new baby, sipping on a hot beverage after having a nice warm breakfast enjoying pure newborn bliss. As you focus on rest, recovery and bonding with your baby - your postpartum doula buzzes around quietly tidying the kitchen, popping some laundry in and changing all the beds. She checks in on you to see if you need anything before starting to prep a nice meal for the slow cooker. You start to get ready to feed you new little one and she brings you your nursing pillow, fills your water and grabs you one of the muffins she made and brought today. You have some questions about baby’s position and she helps you optimize your pillowing to allow ultimate comfort for you and baby. You’re all set up and able to enjoy your snack while baby nurses peacefully.
This is how postpartum SHOULD feel!
We aren’t meant to do this alone! They say “it takes a village” but our modern day society and lifestyles don’t support the village model the way it used to. Let us be a part of your village!
We offer a variety of packages for postpartum support with options to add-on other services too. Not sure what the best choice is for you, let do a free discovery call and figure out how we can best support your family!
